Lisa Pearson
Since 2013, Lisa Pearson has been the head of the Horticultural Library and Archives at the Arnold Arboretum where she curates a collection of thousands of historical images of the Arboretum’s landscape, activities, and plant collections from the 19th century to the present. Lisa also writes for the journals Arnoldia, Silva, and The Botanical Artist. She is also the author of Images of America, Arnold Arboretum.
A graduate of Simmons College, Lisa represented the Arboretum at the Songpan International Forum in China last year. The Forum focused on Arnold Arboretum plant collector Ernest Henry Wilson and his impact on botany, ecology, and tourism in the region.
